About Me
Hi! My name is Jaclyn and this is my blog! Here you will find sparatic blog posts about my busy life. I try to post as frequently as I can about 3 times a week; however, sometimes my blogging priority gets set on the back burner, and a post will only happen about once a week. I am currently in the undergraduate program at Northwest University studying Elementary Education. I am blessed with a wonderful family and great friends. I love to be active and adventurous. My greatest passion in life, given to me by God, is teaching. There is a famous quote that says, “A hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove, but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child." That is my heart; to train up individuals to go out into the world using their strengths and understanding their weaknesses. I am a laughter-filled, joy-filled girl that wants to share the Story of My Life.
Another very important add on to my life is a man named Stephen. He is such a blessing to me from God. We enjoy the same adventurous activities and both love to explore the outdoors. As I grow closer to Stephen, I grow closer to God, and as I grow closer to God, I grow closer to Stephen. He is a guy that I can fully be myself around. He is a guy that stretches my thinking, stretches my faith, and stretches my smile. Not a day goes by that I do not thank the Lord for him.
My life and therefore my blog, too, consists of mostly thoughts on classes, teaching experiences, relationships, and my walk with God. You may notice another blog attached to this one called Miss Williams' Spot. This is a blog for the teacher that began as an assignment for a Technology in Education class. Feel free to take a look at it, even though it may not be as exciting as the Story of My Life blog. Take a look around and enjoy the many stories of my life.
